During my stay, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable and lacking support. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as there were noticeable stains and unkempt areas. I also felt that the outdated furniture and amenities did not provide the level of comfort expected from a hotel at this price point.

Consider asking for a room with a view, as some balconies may not meet expectations regarding aesthetics.

Booked the Two-Bedroom Apartment for our family trip. The layout felt spacious and secure with a strong entrance door. The kitchen had enough utensils for basic cooking, but lacked some items for elaborate meals. Loved being close to the Osmanbey subway for easy access to Taksim Square. Supermarkets nearby made shopping convenient. the bedrooms were not as comfortable as expected. The beds needed better quality bedding. Storage space in the apartment was limited. The staff responded quickly to our requests, which was a plus.

24-hour reception was helpful, but wi-fi was spotty.

The nearby Astek Restaurant served delightful Turkish toasts that were a crowd favorite. Plus, the sleek and comfortable layout of our Studio Apartment made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Oh, and that huge balcony? A great spot for evening relaxation!

The kitchen was decent for basic cooking, but if you plan on getting fancy with your meals, you might want to double-check on utensils. Netflix wasn’t a priority for us, but it’s worth asking if it’s on your must-have list.

Family with children can enjoy this

The apartment was modern and felt safe with 24-hour reception. Supermarkets nearby made stocking up for our family a breeze, and we especially loved the street food vendors selling 'Simit' everywhere, which was totally a treat I didn't expect! !

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Contemporary hotel, secure entrance, with an accommodating staff quickly fulfilling requests like extra bedding for our family of five, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for basic cooking needs, all located just a five-minute walk from the Osmanbey metro station for easy access to surrounding attractions.

amazing access to parks and vibrant city attractions

My stay was fantastic with just a short walk to Macka Park, which was perfect for a morning run, and I loved how easy it was to get to Istiklal Street for shopping and street food fun. it felt like the city was right at my doorstep.

I had a comfortable stay with my family. The apartment had a kitchen with ample utensils, which made cooking easy. The staff were helpful, promptly addressing our requests. We enjoyed the location, with close proximity to shops and restaurants. One morning, I found a great bakery nearby that served delicious pastries. This really enhanced our experience.

The duvet covers were not as clean as expected. Some had noticeable stains. The sofa in the basement could use replacement due to some rips.
